Kim Clouser has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of the Natural Products industry. She has spent the last 4 years in US National Sales Brand Management in the Natural Products Industry as Owner of Whole Promos directing all company capabilities. These include managing US National Sales and Marketing, Broker Networks, Retail, Ecommerce and Distribution. Kim co-manages the day-to-day operations of W-SBM keeping both Brokers and Staff mobilized. She runs the day-to-day operations of the category management submission process for all key retailers, coordinating all necessary elements for a successful vendor submission.

Previously, Kim was the CEO of WestCoast Natural Sales LLC Brokerage for 25 years, and during her tenure owned and operated WestCoast Promotions, a Natural Channel Demonstration and Events company for 6 years during her tenure with WestCoast Natural Sales Brokerage. Kim has more than 30 years’ experience guiding multiple successful companies across all channels in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) with successful growth of high-volume National Vendors and startups.

Andrea specializes in Bilingual (Spanish and English) services with more than 12+ years’ experience with WholePromos and affiliates, with extensive knowledge in category review submissions, project management, volume sales, store negotiations, and overall customer service. Expert in building partnerships within natural and conventional grocery channels.

As the Operations Manager, Andrea is able to streamline account management by ensuring that each vendor has the required documentation for brand new product sales and promotions in stores, works with P&L statements, KPI metrics, all while providing feedback to vendors and/or staff about the product quality, pricing, and effectiveness to the end user.
